Projects Our Expertise In addition to the development of educational programs, we develop and implement projects funded by EU funds as well as projects that we jointly co-finance with the Austrian Development Agency (ADA). With successful realization of EU projects and being the lead partner in many of them, we actively follow the world trends in education and continuously improve the development of new technologies, programs and professions.
Over the past 10+ years, Callidus - Institute for Adult Education - has been actively involved in strategic design, operational creation and successful management, implementation and completion of numerous ADA, IPA, ESF and Erasmus+ projects funded by the EU totalling over EUR 11 million which achieved the creation of various educational programmes in many different areas including management, personal development and business economics.
So far we have worked with more than 400 experts from Austria, Germany, the United Kingdom, Serbia, Turkey, Spain, the Czech Republic, Greece and Italy. Together we develop international training programs for adults and young people to develop the key competences and knowledge needed in today's labour market.
