Goal of a project:
The goal of the project is the design and development of a methodology for labor market analysis, profiling, design of labor market needs analysis and piloting with the aim of increasing employment, investment and exports with the effect of increased placements for job seekers through improved employment mediation services, labor market needs analysis and incentives for participation in the labor market.
The project has the following goals:
- Design and application of a new methodology for labor market analysis.
- Development of a new evidence-based methodology for creating labor market needs analysis, relying on labor market analysis.

- Design of a new profiling methodology, with statistical models and suggestions for more efficient software support
Serbia received a loan from the World Bank through the "Competitiveness and Employment" Project to improve competitiveness and employment in the Serbian economy. The main objective of the project is to improve the efficiency and coordination of selected public programs to alleviate constraints to competitiveness and job creation, including investment and export promotion, innovation, active labor market programs and employment mediation.
This project supports the implementation of the reform program in the field of work, by strengthening the efficiency of the National Employment Service, the job mediation service for employers and the unemployed; improving the effectiveness of active labor market programs and facilitating the transition of social assistance beneficiaries to formal jobs.
Training for wind power plant maintenance technicians (RENEWAC)

Goal of a project:
The goal of the project is to develop a course for wind turbine maintenance technicians and turn the concept into reality. In the medium term, the planned wind turbine maintenance training should offer comprehensive and continuous training of experts in the field of wind farms, taking into account international standards (eg GWO). As part of the project, the curriculum will be created, the teaching staff will be trained and the first education will be conducted. In view of the above, a concept for the continuation of the training will be created.
