We introduce a modern and intuitive platform for guided learning into our programs

The platform enables the implementation of education with the help of a simple and intuitive collaboration platform, as well as the availability of all teaching materials

In accordance with our guidelines and guidelines in business, we have become the bearers of a valuable project "Strengthening of competencies for employment in drugstores" financed from the European Social Fund and the State Budget of the Republic of Croatia. This project was entirely designed and created for an educational program thanks to which jobs are successfully carried out in drugstores and health food and cosmetics stores.

We are in step with trends that increasingly promote education in the field of healthy food and healthy living, which can also be a lucrative profession today and in the future.

The special feature of this project is that the market will receive an exclusive educational program that will cover 50 unemployed people, which covers the social engagement component, which is needed today more than ever by the system of guided education. On the labor market, there is a paradox that the number of unemployed people is growing, while in many segments there is a strong need for educated staff who would work in the jobs of the future (healthy food, gastronomy, nutrition, pharmaceuticals, new technologies, etc.). The lack of manpower and the large number of unemployed further underline the importance of such projects.

In addition to the knowledge and skills that the market really needs, with this project we will further improve the capacities of our institution (Callidus), namely through the specific education of lecturers that will further strengthen their competences.

We are improving the institution with an innovative and modern approach to education through a platform for guided learning.

The characteristics of this platform are:

• control of the created teaching material according to the methodological standards and learning outcomes of the approved curriculum
• implementation of education with the help of a simple and intuitive collaboration platform
• availability of all teaching materials created by lecturers and mentors
• communication between the lecturer and the participants of the education, which is made possible by different platforms, because network and tablet applications will be implemented
• communication between mentors and participants during the entire implementation of the educational program
• personalized approach to each user
• software that allows monitoring the progress of each training participant:
  • Analytics based on the activities of each participant individually
  • Assessments
  • Schedule
• monitoring of overall statistics at the level of the entire project.
