Ceremonial awarding of diplomas to the new generation of druggists
As many as 58 newly minted druggists are also the first generation of dm academy to listen to classes entirely online
The new generation of druggists were recently awarded diplomas. Drogerist is an educational program developed by the Callidus Educational Institution and is the first educational program in Croatia intended to develop a new standard drugstore occupation according to the Croatian Qualification Framework, with the purpose of long-term development of vocational education, aimed at the quality, efficiency and relevance of education to the needs of the labor market.
The education is adapted to the needs of the drugstore market and the labor market, because today customers in drugstores want a specific product that they can quickly buy in a specialized store - a drugstore, and in addition they often ask for advice or specific information about a specific product, recommendation or advice. It requires everything specific knowledge and skills which until the appearance of the "Drugologist" education did not cover any existing profession.
After completing the education, participants become druggists with specialized knowledge in the field of drugstore assortment. At the same time, they are an expert person for working in a drugstore, who meets the needs of customers with their knowledge. The knowledge acquired through this educational program enables the druggist to advise the customer and professionally answer questions related to the product range in the drugstore, for example about the effect of a certain product or how to use it.
The "Drogerist" education consists of a total of 188 hours of regular classes, of which 100 hours are practical work in dm stores, and this year's generation is the first to attend classes entirely online. At the formal reception in cooperation with dm drogerie markt Hrvatska, diplomas and certificates of training were awarded, with the help of which participants can enter a new profession in the e-workbook.
