In the past two days, online training was held for 23 teachers from Ante Kovčić Elementary School and Zlatar Bistrica Elementary School on the topic of developing leadership qualities with the aim of developing the mindset, skills and tools of effective leaders, and incorporating the development process into regular classes and also into extracurricular activities. activities.
These trainings, which were organized with the aim of developing the leadership skills of teachers, were very successful and interesting. During the two-day training, teachers learned how to improve their skills in team management, conflict management, motivation and change management. They are also familiar with stress management techniques and how to apply these techniques to reduce stress in different situations.
The education was also focused on the development of the mindset, with a special emphasis on developing self-confidence, the ability to face obstacles and the development of optimism. Teachers also learned how to use these tools in their work, to empower their students and enable them to reach their full potential. These new tools and techniques will be implemented in regular classes, as well as in extracurricular activities, so that teachers can better cope with the challenges and ensure that their students receive the best possible education.
We congratulate the teachers on their success and wish them much success in their future work. We hope that this education will help create a generation of leaders who will be ready to face all the challenges that await them in the future.
