ESKULAP – Health Academy

We established a business academy dedicated to the development of communication and business competencies of employees in the health sector.

Working in healthcare is a respected and noble profession, and formal education is demanding and requires lifelong learning. With the cooperation of Aurantium doo and the Callidus Institution, the ESKULAP Academy was founded, a unique business academy dedicated to the development of communication and business competencies of employees in the health sector. 

In addition to formal education, a modern healthcare worker needs a number of additional competencies in influencing others: patients, team colleagues, clients, business partners. It also requires a number of competencies that are necessary for modern business.

A. Department of Pharmaceuticals:

   2. Specialist program for leaders:
      – Module 1: Management of professional associates in pharmaceuticals

       – Module 1: Professional communication with patients
       – Module 2: Working with difficult patients in the pharmacy

       – Module 1: Management of employees in the pharmacy
