Ciljevi:

Bots4Business ima za cilj usavršiti stručnjake za strukovno obrazovanje i osposobljavanje participativnim pristupom s malim i srednjim poduzećima kako bi se preoblikovao rad procese i ponuditi obuku o relevantnim i primjenjivim modelima umjetne inteligencije. B4B će predstaviti niz diferenciranih pristupa vezanih uz temu prelaska na umjetnu inteligenciju putem sektorskih poslovnih modela koji će pomoći u informiranju MSP-ova o tome kako najbolje oblikovati interni prijenos znanja o umjetnoj inteligenciji. Stvorit ćemo robusnu, svrsishodnu CPD intervenciju za strukovno obrazovanje i osposobljavanje na temu usvajanja umjetne inteligencije namijenjene MSP-ovima.

Activities: Bots4Business partneri će poduzeti sljedeće aktivnosti:

  1. Procjena potreba i postupak vrednovanja za informiranje okvira B4B kurikuluma
  2. Razvoj sadržaja za osmišljavanje paketa obuke za MSP-ove, uključujući MOOC za vještine radne snage
  3. Aktivnosti osposobljavanja i provedbe na nacionalnoj razini i razini EU-a
  4. Događaji i kampanje za promociju rezultata B4B projekata
  5. Mjere oblikovanja politika na temelju dokaza i iskustava prikupljenih kroz B4B projekt

Utjecaj: Projektom će se postići sljedeći konkretni rezultati:

  1. Osmisliti i razviti novi paket za osposobljavanje MSP-ova koji odgovara potrebama europskih MSP-ova i njihovih djelatnici
  1. Program stručnog usavršavanja stručnjaka u strukovnom obrazovanju i osposobljavanju
  2. Stvaranje zbirke poslovnih slučajeva i tranzicijskih putova za MSP-ove
  3. Komisija dokument o politici u kojem se mapira iskustvo MSP-ova kako bi se doprinijelo raspravi o politikama o umjetnoj inteligenciji na nacionalnoj razini i razini EU-a
  4. Obuka 66 stručnjaka za strukovno obrazovanje i osposobljavanje i doseg 200 tvrtki diljem Europe

Ciljevi:

Kroz projekt Rural Impact, naš je cilj pružiti mladim učenicima strukovnog obrazovanja i osposobljavanja u ruralnim područjima pristup ciljanim, kvalitetnim programima strukovnog obrazovanja i osposobljavanja koji će im pomoći da izgrade svoje vještine kako bi bili uspješni društveni poduzetnici. Kroz projekte poslovne inkubacije planirane u WP4, također nam je cilj podržati ove mlade društvene poduzetnike u pristupu I pružiti važnu potporu za razvoj poslovanja koje često nedostaju u ruralnim područjima. Cilj nam je i poduprijeti strukovno obrazovanje i osposobljavanje pružateljima usluga da svoju ponudu strukovnog obrazovanja i osposobljavanja prilagode ruralnim područjima.

Aktivnosti

Implementirat će se:

  1. Internetski moduli socijalnog poduzetništva za 25 mladih učenika strukovnog obrazovanja i osposobljavanja (u dobi od 18 do 35 godina) koji žive u ruralnim područjima zemlja.
  2. Moduli usavršavanja za 7 stručnjaka za strukovno obrazovanje i osposobljavanje u svakoj partnerskoj zemlji kako bi im se pomoglo da prilagode svoju ponudu strukovnog obrazovanja i osposobljavanja ruralnim područjima područja.
  3. Transnacionalni pilot-projekt s 12 stručnjaka za strukovno obrazovanje i osposobljavanje – po 2 iz svake partnerske zemlje za stručnjake u strukovnom obrazovanju i osposobljavanju.
  4. Projekti inkubatora socijalnih poduzeća s 5 učenika u strukovnom obrazovanju i osposobljavanju u svakoj zemlji.

Utjecaj

Razvit će se sljedeći rezultati:

Br.1 – E-moduli društvenog poduzetništva za mlade poduzetnike u ruralnim područjima – 10 e-modula, svaki u trajanju od 60-90 minuta , baveći se ključnim temama za izgradnju vještina socijalnog poduzetništva ili učenika u strukovnom obrazovanju i osposobljavanju.

Br.2 – Usavršavanje stručnjaka u strukovnom obrazovanju i osposobljavanju kako bi mogli provoditi program osposobljavanja za socijalno poduzetništvo učenicima u strukovnom obrazovanju i osposobljavanju sa sjedištem u ruralnim područjima.

Br.3 – Rural Impact Inkubatori za pružanje opipljive veze s mladim poduzetnicima koji završavaju online module.

Goal of a project:

Goal of a project:

The LOTUS project will support the development of digital pedagogy and expertise in the use of digital tools for professional teachers, including the creation and innovative use of content for digital education. Using the DigCompEdu framework, the partners will focus on building teachers' pedagogical competences in the areas of teaching and learning and digital resources.

The project aims to increase the capacity and readiness of VET teachers to manage the effective shift towards digital education. The approach of the project adopted the applicable use of digital technologies in vocational education and training along with the development of digital pedagogy and expertise in the use of digital tools for teachers through the active creation of digital education content.

Main project activities and results:

The LOTUS project proposes a new approach to developing career management skills among VET students by modernizing the provision of career guidance to reflect the reality of the European labor market after the Covid-19 pandemic. The ability to design and plan a career progression path will be one of the key determinants of success for young VET learners in Europe, and the LOTUS project will provide a toolkit of interactive vocational resources to develop key career management skills. Stress management, critical thinking, problem solving and persistence are among the skills VET students will need to help them cope with the consequences of the pandemic and other disruptions to come and to prepare for the future of the job market. To help adult education teachers who have already gone through various challenges during the pandemic, we will focus on motivation, positivity and change management. For this reason, the LOTUS project will also develop customized MOOC platforms that build the resilience of teachers and students.

Target group of the project:

The primary target group consists of:

1) Vocational teachers, trainers and educators, career counselors and coordinators who work directly on the provision of vocational education and training in partner countries

2) Young students of vocational education and training, students finishing secondary education and starting new professional careers, young people looking for work and young people working in precarious jobs and looking for new career opportunities.

The project will be aimed at young people of working age, and will also include those who face challenges in accessing vocational training and young people with poorer financial opportunities.

Goal of a project:

The 3DAcademy project, in which 10 organizations from 5 European countries cooperate, aims to improve the capacities of vocational education and training (VET) in providing training on 3D technologies. Through a comprehensive work program with five work packages, the project will develop and test a combined training program/methodology that includes online learning modules and a platform with a "Train-the-trainer" manual. This program will provide the steps necessary to organize and implement a blended learning method about 3D technologies for students in vocational schools and extracurricular activities of vocational education and adult education. The project aligns with the digital transformation priority of the Erasmus+ program, focusing on building the knowledge and capacity of vocational education providers with the aim of exploiting 3D technologies for improved teaching and training methods. It also addresses the priorities of the sector itself by providing leadership in adapting vocational education to the needs of the labor market and contributes to innovation through the integration of 3D printing, scanning and modeling into existing technical courses and through entrepreneurship education.  

The 3DAcademy project will develop and offer:

  • An online environment that provides structured, interesting and simple content for using and learning about 3D technologies for personal or professional purposes.
  • Training methodology and curriculum in the field of 3D technologies adapted to the needs of teachers/coaches/educators of vocational education, as well as students of vocational schools, students in the initial years of college and employees at the beginning of their careers in industrial companies.
  • A new professional standard in the field of 3D technologies

Goal of a project:

The goal of the project is to achieve greater gender equality in the STEAM (science, technology, engineering, art, mathematics) field, which according to the latest research is still dominated by men (72%), while the proportion of women has not changed significantly in the last few years (28%). Gender bias is a growing problem, but solving it through multiple educational addressing of the mentioned problem would have a positive effect not only on the European economy, but also on the awareness of the entire European population about the importance of gender equality. The project will pay special attention to women in secondary vocational education, because it is considered a kind of beginning of guidance and development of careers in the STEAM field, as well as a potentially good basis for combating prejudices, but also educating young people about the importance of gender equality.

Main project activities and results:

    • Developing a toolkit of 35 interactive infographics that address personal deficits of individuals to enable them to identify the right career choice in the STEAM field

    • Developing a comprehensive professional development program that will support the continuous professional development of vocational teachers and career guidance experts

    • Addressing key issues related to gender bias in the STEAM field by providing a range of resources that raise awareness of conscious and unconscious gender bias

    • Supporting HR managers in developing appropriate practices for recruiting, retaining and promoting women in the STEAM sector

    • Developing a MOOC (Massive Open Online Course) that will provide access to Steamy Wonders interactive infographics, professional development program and tools for HR managers

Goal of a project:

This project aims to respond to the challenges faced by young people and workers who work with young people across Europe through the development of a resource package with which they can strengthen their competences to become more active in defending their rights and needs, taking into account the direct and indirect impact that climate change affects the lives of citizens. The project will support citizens across Europe and encourage young people and youth workers across Europe to be ready to act on climate change and injustice at local, national and international levels.
The project will strengthen the knowledge and awareness of young people so that they are ready to get involved in the development and progress of their local, national and global community. Young people and workers who work with young people will be involved in activities that directly affect their everyday life through the examination of their conceptions and preconceived ideas related to climate change and the impact it has on their everyday life.

Main project activities and results:

Supporting young people to gain a deeper understanding of the complexities of the challenges they face globally is imperative to building a better, more sustainable and more connected world. This project will focus on achieving the environmental goals for sustainable development and will provide a deeper understanding of the global social issues we face in the fight against climate change.

This project will strive to achieve six main goals:

 

    • Encourage young people to develop awareness of the causes and consequences of climate change

    • To provide young people and teachers with a range of tools, ideas and initiatives that they can use in the fight against climate change

    • To empower young people to become agents of change and active citizens in their local communities

    • Encourage young people and workers who work with young people to create solutions to the challenges of climate change

    • Educate young people and teachers about the role of cognitive, socio-emotional and behavioral competences so that they can react in a timely manner and implement sustainable practices in their everyday life

Goal of a project:

Diversity in the workplace is one of the main features of working life across Europe today. To get the most out of it, managers and workers face challenges that require careful consideration of the need for new interactive educational resources that ask managers and workers to rethink traditional or long-held systems, structures, practices and beliefs. The DIVERSITe project addresses such issues through a collection of interactive infographics and e-Zines that will help companies and employees integrate diversity management strategies into their workplaces.

Main project activities and results:

 

    • Promoting and supporting companies and employees to integrate diversity management strategies into their workplaces.

    • Providing affordable and agile learning programs for business owners, managers and staff.

    • Support for the digital readiness of vocational education and training, with lifelong education for vocational education and training experts, and through the introduction of a package of digital educational materials for company owners, managers and employees.

    • Investing in diversity management skills and competences in European companies, to support the recovery of the European economy in a more inclusive way

    • Creation of local synergy between vocational education and training providers and members of the business community.

In order to respond to the market's need for improved provision of vocational education and training with the aim of meeting the emerging needs of the labor market for increasingly diverse workplaces and for European companies to become promoters of diversity, our main project objectives are:

 

    • To support employers in the inclusion of diversity in their operations and in the development of a diversity management strategy.

    • Educate employees about diversity and provide them with a package of educational resources to help them be promoters of diversity on their own
      workplaces.

    • Involve adult education experts in upgrading their skills so that they can use the educational materials developed through the project and gain confidence to work and teach in an online environment.

    • Contribute to the inclusion of diversity in workplaces in Europe.

Goal of a project: 

The main theme of the project is the development of a learning program on the topic of strategic innovation that will help business owners and managers with the goal of progressive recovery from the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic. All materials that will be developed as part of the project are designed to support mobile learning on smartphones. In this way, efforts will be made to solve the low representation of education and training in the sector of small and medium enterprises. The project will focus on building the strategic innovation skills of SMEs to inform and prepare them to exploit the potential of new opportunities in today's digital world. The project will also provide basic training to vocational teachers to improve their knowledge of strategic innovation in the SME sector and to build their pedagogical and digital skills that will help them take advantage of the potential offered by online learning.

Main project activities and results

  • On-the-job training in companies with the aim of increasing innovation after the negative impact of the Covid-19 pandemic
  • Collection of interactive infographics and EduZines - Partners have identified strategic innovation modules that will be included in the EduZine package. Company owners and managers will be introduced to the following 7 strategic innovation modules: innovation typologies, business culture, drivers of innovation, ethics and management, corporate innovation strategies, action and solutions for business strategy.
  • SIS-SME MOOC and Community of Practice - The partners will develop a MOOC platform that will present all the materials developed during the project and that will contribute to the development of strategic innovations in companies. The MOOC will also act as a support for the exchange of best practices where colleagues from the profession will also participate with the aim of ensuring successful strategic innovations in business.

Goal of a project: 

develop and introduce a hybrid approach to learning that builds entrepreneurial, digital and green skills of vocational teachers and trainees, and the development and testing of a new pedagogical approach in vocational education and training that places digitalization at the center of the educational process. CIRCULO will develop a Train the Trainer program that will address several priorities of the European Green Plan and the Skills Program for Europe with an emphasis on expanding the knowledge of vocational teachers in the context of building an entrepreneurial spirit and understanding the key principles of the circular economy. Using an accessible and interactive online platform, work will be done on building the pedagogical and digital skills of vocational teachers and on their training so that they can provide quality vocational education and training services. This will at the same time raise the confidence of vocational teachers for distance teaching, but also develop teaching and mentoring skills so that they can support young people and vocational students to realize their potential.

  • Create a new Train the Trainer continuous professional development program for vocational teachers/trainers with the aim of strengthening their digital skills so that they can digitize their teaching methods and techniques, but also provide their students with appropriate guidance and mentoring
  • Develop the CIRCULO Collection of teaching tools that enable VET students to acquire the skills needed for a green and circular economy

Goal of a project:

The goal of the project is to support the adoption of innovative approaches and digital technologies for teaching and learning. As part of the eSMART project, an entrepreneurship curriculum will be created for young people with innate digital skills who are starting a career in the CCI sector. This project will also provide basic professional training for vocational teachers to ensure that they are familiar with all the Internet's possibilities and potentials for the purpose of starting new businesses. Likewise, vocational teachers will in this way build their pedagogical and digital skills that will help them use the potential of online learning networks to provide a high-quality vocational education service in the current context of the Covid-19 pandemic where traditional services based on exclusively institutionalized education are no longer viable.

Main project activities and results:

 

    • Design and develop a targeted entrepreneurship curriculum for young people with innate digital skills starting a career in the CCI sector.

    • To develop a comprehensive package of digital learning materials, the goal of which will be to provide necessary and useful information to young entrepreneurs about opening their own business.

Project NEET-IDEA it will give young people the opportunity to learn how to use their smartphones to make short films and be part of a film crew in a role that matches their personal preferences.

  • Developing professional development programs to ensure that adult educators develop the necessary skills to train the NEET group in creating digital content using smartphones

The idea of the project is to adapt the mentioned thematic frameworks to essential educational disciplines in a way that they are simple and accessible to the marginalized target group so that they can become interested and get involved in solving such challenges. The aim of the project is not only to expand the knowledge and general culture of the participants about today's popular topics, but through this everyday topic to increase the competences of the participants in other important educational disciplines, even though they themselves may not even be aware of their newly acquired competences, which in the long run can greatly help them in education and to work.

Given the fact that digital media is an excellent way to transfer knowledge and develop key competencies, the goal of this project was to offer young marginalized adults (NEET group) an effective way to acquire knowledge, skills and competencies that will help them become more competitive in the modern labor market.

Main project activities and results:

  • Training of educators for young adults by providing the necessary training in the field of digital and pedagogical skills with the aim of further training the project's marginalized target group
  • Educations conducted in each of the partner countries with the aim of transferring the acquired knowledge by educators to young unemployed adults
  • An innovative guide was created, which was used by educators in order to transfer the knowledge acquired through DIME education to young marginalized adults in a high-quality and efficient way.
  • Young adults had at their disposal a script that was an essential help in getting acquainted with all the necessary skills, techniques and laws related to the education of creating digital media
  • In each of the partner countries, the events "Short Film Festival" and "National Campaign" were held, which greatly helped in raising awareness of the need to adopt this type of knowledge and skills among marginalized groups of society, and in general about the benefits that knowledge about digital media provides
