A total of 70 participants completed our innovative program "Drogerist"

We are proud of the 3rd generation of participants who successfully completed the program and received the "Drugstore Sales Specialist" certificate.

From June to October of this year, twenty participants attended and recently successfully completed the "Drogerist" education, which we started almost two years ago in cooperation with the Croatian Employment Service and the drogerie markt.

During 188 teaching hours, participants had the opportunity to get acquainted with all the details and specifics of the drugstore range, business processes, the basics of marketing, sales and business communication. All participants demonstrated the knowledge learned during practical part of teaching which was carried out in dm stores with the mentoring support of dm's professional staff. 

The "Drogerist" program is the first education of its kind in Croatia; created as an optimal combination of theoretical and practical part of the teaching, with an emphasis on the final practice, and the goal is to offer an adequate educational program for potential employees of drugstores, health food stores and natural cosmetics. On the other hand, the program enables the acquisition of practical, professional and practiced knowledge that the completed participants can immediately demonstrate to the employer, apply in their work and thereby increase their competitiveness on the labor market.
