Everything is ready for the training of educators on the Games of Phones project

The Callidus institution hosted the third project meeting for the Game of Phones project.

Sve je spremno za trening edukatora na projektu Games of Phones

A two-day project meeting of all partners of the Games of Phones Erasmus+ project was held in Callidus. Game of Phones is a partnership Erasmus+ project of Ireland, Croatia, Spain, Portugal and Cyprus which aims to design and develop challenge-based web-based tasks for young people to build skills and competences that will help their reintegration into education or employment.

At the third meeting, the concept and content of the project, as well as the content and concept of the training planned for April 2020, were finalized. The aim of the training is to transfer knowledge to 2 educators from each partner country. The role of Callidus in this project is to create Impact plan which defines the impact of project activities and, by determining measurable indicators and collecting data, ultimately present the results and effects of the project. The aim of the mentioned role is to maximize the effects of various project activities in order to influence the immediate participants and partners in the development of the project.

The next step in the implementation of the project is the creation of a professional training program for adult educators. The program will contain a total of 50 hours of learning and will expose trainers and teachers to new concepts of challenge-based learning, support them in creating their own resources and "playing" with project resources in a transnational training planned to take place in Ireland in early 2020. Funded by Erasmus +, this training allows experts from all over Europe to train, exchange and share their teaching experiences with other colleagues.
