Obrazovali smo buduće trenere Tehničke akademije

As part of the ADA project worth almost one million euros, last week we held training sessions in Niš for future trainers who will be engaged in the next phase of the "Technical Academy for the Automotive Sector in Serbia" project. Educated lecturers will implement the next phase of the project - the implementation of pilot education in accordance with the Modern Machines and Quality Control curriculum.

With this step, we are closer to the development of an educational center that will train and improve staff for the needs of the development of the automotive industry in Serbia. The result of the Academy will be an educated staff whose knowledge and skills will be immediately usable in workplaces in the automotive industry. This reduces the time and costs required when hiring the workforce and encourages investments that largely depend on qualified personnel.

As part of the pilot education, a total of 200 people from Serbia will be educated, and the training is based with an emphasis on the acquisition of applicable competencies, learning outcomes, and the preparation of classes for working on exercises as well as on combined teaching and teaching of adults. With this training, all participants (future lecturers) received the necessary knowledge that will greatly influence the implementation of the planned education, and Callidus education is recognized as a socially responsible partner that, together with a large network of foreign partners and experts, has been participating in numerous educational events for many years. projects and actively works to improve the education system.
