Vaučer složena digitalna rješenja – DIG ON

Sažetak projekta “DIG ON”

Opis projekta

Projekt “DIG ON” uključuje analizu stanja poslovnih procedura i potreba zaposlenika, implementaciju složenih digitalnih rješenja te završno testiranje i evaluaciju. Pružatelj usluge će podržavati zaposlenike tijekom implementacije putem edukacije o novim alatima i procesima. Završna faza uključuje testiranje funkcionalnosti, sigurnosti, performansi i zadovoljstva zaposlenika, uz eventualne korekcije ili dodavanje novih modula.

Aktivnosti

  1. A1: Analiza stanja poslovnih procedura i potreba zaposlenika (1-4 mjesec) – SWOT analiza postojećih poslovnih procesa i resursa za identifikaciju izazova i prilika.

The very name of the project "Inclusion for Employment" tells about its purpose - and it is, above all, to include young people in the labor market. WIFI Croatia, as a project management team, coordinated on this very comprehensive project all the activities that were necessary to adapt the educational system of the Malta College of Arts, Sciences and Technology (MCAST) to achieve this goal.

The Malta College of Arts, Science and Technology (MCAST) is a leading provider of vocational education and training services. MCAST was founded in 2001 and has 5,000 regular and 4,000 part-time students. Since the beginning of its activities in 2001, MCAST has been attracting an increasing number of students with its professional programs. MCAST's mission statement states as its goals the provision of universally accessible vocational and professional education and training with an international dimension, sensitive to the needs of individuals and the economy.

The educational system in MCAST is organized as follows: it allows attending studies from the 1st to the 6th level, as well as the program called "Pathway to Independent leaving program". The first and second level of studies make up the Foundation program, which is aimed at students who have not yet acquired the necessary level of education to be able to start vocational studies that begin with the 3rd level. The "Path to Independence" program helps students with a mild to moderate degree of disability / learning difficulties. This program aims to support students in acquiring the skills necessary for independent living, especially those skills needed to obtain and maintain employment. The levels are established in accordance with the Maltese Qualification Framework (MQF) and the adoption of the State Reference Report, and also correspond to the European Qualification Framework (EQF).

The Inclusion for employment project is aimed at the target group of students enrolled in the "Path to Independence" Program and the "Foundation Program" (levels 1 and 2) and level 3 programs. As part of the project, training and education of educators on new techniques related to teaching was organized. and learning. In order to cover all target groups, it was necessary to redesign 49 existing studies, develop new methodologies and tools for student assessment, and prepare new teaching material and learning resources.

Summary of the project:

Cooperation regarding the realization of knowledge transfer, development of scientific research and education agreed between the Malta Business School - MCAST, the Fraunhofer Institute from Germany and the company for lifelong learning and professional development - WIFI Croatia.

In order to get closer to Europe and become competitive on the knowledge market, the Maltese Higher Business School - MCAST launched a project that is largely co-financed by the European Social Fund, the main financial instrument of the European Union for achieving the strategic goals of the employment policy. Cooperation between the largest educational institute in Malta, one of the largest European institutes – Fraunhofer, and the respected Croatian company WIFI Croatia, co-owned by the Austrian Chamber of Commerce, was agreed in Zagreb on June 17, 2009 by signing a contract.

Applied, market-oriented innovation is a factor that ensures entrepreneurial success in an increasingly globally competitive economy. Being innovative means combining current professional knowledge and experience and thus boldly taking new and unconventional paths to the goal. Adequate structures for forms of unconventional and modern learning in the near future will achieve exactly this type of cooperation and system building.

Goal of cooperation:

The aim of the collaboration was to strengthen the connection between scientific research and education with an emphasis on the applicability of knowledge in practice, knowledge exchange and the joint realization of incentives for innovative solutions in the economy. The expertise, experience and knowledge of renowned Croatian experts, as well as colleagues from Germany and Austria, greatly contributed to this goal.

The goal is to provide future students who will be educated in Malta with scientific and practice-oriented study programs. Master's programs and methodological competences in the field of research are of great importance, as well as the additional education of MCAST docents. MCAST was founded in 2001 and has 5,000 regular and 4,000 part-time students.

  • Preparation of a teaching curriculum aligned with the MQF that accompanies the EQF
  • Preparation of teaching materials for students and teachers at levels 6 and 7
  • Advice from a professional team in Malta
  • Implementation of classes as well as preparation for practice of MCAST docents in European companies.

As a company with rich international experience and as the largest partner of the Fraunhofer Institute, it took over the organization and coordination of the following areas:

  • Mechanical engineering and shipbuilding
  • Electrical and electronic engineering
  • Public health
  • economy
  • Building
