Now my experience has changed. After the practical part of the education in the dm store, I saw that not everything is as I imagined, but everything is organized to serve the customer and satisfy his needs and wishes. Thanks to my mentor, I learned a lot about products for personal hygiene and care, decorative cosmetics, household, healthy nutrition, and in addition, I learned the entire work in the store as well as work and communication with customers. This is something that I would never have had the opportunity to learn before I started working in the store," she said at the end Željka, one of the participants of the educational program.
