The goal of the "Elevation" project is the development of mini educational resources for the acquisition of key competencies intended for adults with fewer opportunities who do not show interest in participating in lifelong learning. In addition, a curriculum is being developed for training staff in adult education to work with this target group of adult participants and use new educational resources.
The second project meeting on the ELEVATION project was organized by the partner from Poland - INNEO (Center for Training and Research).
The second project meeting started with a brief overview of the project – intellectual results, goals, schedule and development of the project in general. During the meeting, the resources developed by all partners in the past months were discussed.
At the beginning, the partners presented a framework for the development of mini-resources for learning as part of IO3 and then analyzed and agreed on essential proposals as part of IO2 Induction Training Program for "adults on the margins of lifelong learning". After that, the partners discussed the challenges within IO3 and agreed on the way the e-learning platform functions.
