Brief description of procurement:
The subject of procurement is the service of creating the vocational part of the vocational curriculum for obtaining a qualification at level 4.2 in the field of cooking. The subject of procurement represents one of the activities in the project Establishing a Regional Center of Competence in Tourism and Hospitality Dubrovnik.
The aforementioned project includes the establishment of the Dubrovnik Regional Competence Center as a place of excellence with the aim of strengthening institutional and human resources in the tourism and hospitality sector in the Dubrovnik-Neretva County and the region, in order to increase the opportunities on the labor market for young people who want to be involved in education (students and participants in the tourism and hospitality sector), already involved in education or those on the transition to the labor market, and adults.
The goal of this activity, which is the subject of procurement, is to strengthen the capacity and expertise of human resources through their empowerment to create a curriculum intended for teaching students in the regular education system and adult participants of the program through which they will improve opportunities for work-based learning by connecting learning outcomes with the real needs of the labor market expressed by employers.
