Spread the wod session - Promoting 3D Technology in Education: 3DAcademy Info Session Held in Sveta Nedelja
On January 31, 2025, an informative session about the 3DAcademy project took place in Sveta Nedelja, Croatia. Organized by Callidus and 3D Grupa as part of the Erasmus+ program, the event brought together over 30 participants, including educators, trainers, VET professionals, and industry representatives.
The session focused on introducing the goals and key activities of the 3DAcademy project, which is dedicated to integrating 3D technology into education. Attendees were informed how the project supports teacher training, develops modern educational tools, and creates an online platform for 3D modelling, printing, and scanning. Discussions revolved around both the benefits and challenges of applying these technologies in educational environments.
The event reinforced the importance of strong partnerships between schools and industry to successfully implement 3D technologies in learning and professional training.
