Finalization of the qualification standard document, the basis of the educational plan and program of the Dubrovnik Regional Competence Center, is underway

As part of the project "Establishment of a Regional Center of Competence in Tourism and Hospitality Dubrovnik", a two-day workshop is being held for the purpose of finalizing the qualification standard document for the Specialist Chef qualification.

In addition to Callidus, the teaching staff of the Dubrovnik Tourism and Hospitality School, participants from the partner schools Korčula, Ploče, Metković and colleagues from the remaining RCKs from the tourism and hospitality sector (RCK Split, RCK Zabok, RCK Osijek) are participating in the workshop. The main outcome of the joint work will be the creation of a qualification standard document, a document based on which the curriculum will be created, which is the next planned activity that will start from September and will last for one year.
