The host and organizer of the prize competition on the social network Facebook is "Callidus - institution for adult education", Ulica Filipa Vukasovića 1, 10000 Zagreb, OIB: 51744209467 (hereinafter the Organizer).

The prize competition is organized for the purpose of promoting the Organizer, collecting information for the purpose of directing one of the educations and distributing free tickets to the financial literacy educational workshop for children aged 9 to 12 "GetFinUp", which the Organizer will conduct in the coming period.

This contest is in no way sponsored or promoted by the social network Facebook (www.facebook.com, hereinafter: Facebook) nor is it connected to Facebook.

PRIZE COMPETITION RULES

The rules will be published on the Organizer's website on the "News" subpage (edu.ustanovacallidus.hr/pravila-nagradnog-netjecaja-getfinup-your-kids/). By participating in the contest, each Participant (as that term is defined in the article "Participants") accepts the rights and obligations from these Rules. The Organizer reserves the right to change these Rules, and all Participants will be notified in a timely manner on the Organizer's Facebook page.

DURATION OF THE PRIZE COMPETITION

The award competition refers to the territory of the Republic of Croatia. It takes place from Monday, May 27, 2024 to Tuesday, June 11, 2024 until 11:59 p.m.

The winner will be announced on Thursday, June 13, 2024 via a comment below the announcement related to the prize competition

DESCRIPTION OF THE PRIZE COMPETITION

The prize contest "GetFinUp Your Kids" will be held on the Organizer's Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/callidus.obrazovanje ) which is sponsored by the Organizer.

To participate in the prize competition, you need:

1. Follow the Organizer's Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/callidus.obrazovanje)
2. Complete and submit the survey, which will be accessible through the link that will be in the content of the announcement that will communicate the prize contest on the Organizer's Facebook page.

The participant can fill out the survey only once. A participant can be awarded only one free pass to the educational workshop for children, GetFinUp. In order for the Participant to be able to claim the prize, i.e. a free education pass for his child, the name and surname he entered in the completely completed survey should be identical to the name and surname of the Facebook profile he follows on the Facebook page of Organizer Callidus (https://www.facebook.com/callidus.obrazovanje) and the first and last name stated on the personal document that will need to be presented when enrolling the child in education.

ANNOUNCEMENT OF RESULTS

The results of the contest and the winners will be announced on June 13, 2024, on the Organizer's Facebook page via the comments below the announcement related to the contest. The winners will then be contacted via a direct message on Facebook to verify the accuracy of the data and to agree on receiving the prize

PARTICIPANTS

Every citizen of the Republic of Croatia over the age of 18 who is a parent or legal guardian of a child between the ages of 9 and 12 and has a valid Facebook profile and meets the stated conditions for valid participation in the prize contest has the right to participate in the prize contest.

Employees of the Organizer or members of their immediate family may not participate in the prize competition.

PRIZES

The total pool of prizes for the prize contest consists of fifteen (15) free entrance tickets to the financial literacy educational workshop for children.

Prize winners have no right to claim prizes different from those awarded to them or in larger quantities than those specified in these Rules. Prizes cannot be exchanged for money, other products or services. Prizes are not transferable.

WINNERS AND ACCEPTANCE OF PRIZES

On Thursday, June 13, 2024, a list of 15 (fifteen) prize contest participants will be published via the comments below the prize contest announcement, who were randomly selected from the total number of prize contest participants who had valid entries as winners of the prize, i.e. free entrance tickets to the educational workshop.

Prize winners will be contacted by the Organizer via direct message on Facebook. The winner is obliged to submit personal data and the child's data necessary for receiving and using the prize (name and surname, address, city, country, postal code, telephone number and/or mobile number) via direct message no later than 48 hours after receiving the said message. All information is required to download and use the prize, i.e. free enrollment of the child in the Organizer's educational workshop. If the winner fails to submit the information within the prescribed period, a new winner will be selected who will have 24 hours to submit all the necessary and requested information.

Data received within the direct messages of the Organizer's Facebook page will be used exclusively for the purpose of holding the prize competition and receiving the prizes. The winner undertakes to send true and accurate personal data within the specified period.

In accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (2016/679) and the Law on the Implementation of the General Data Protection Regulation (Official Gazette 42/18), by participating in this prize competition, participants agree that the Organizer processes personal data provided during participation for the purpose of conducting the prize competition. The organizer, Callidus, is the manager and executor of personal data processing in terms of the current regulations on personal data protection. Contest participants agree to these rules and terms of use, including the terms of processing their personal data. Participants have the right to request access to their personal data, correction, deletion and limitation of personal data processing, as well as the right to object to the processing of personal data.

The winners of the prize competition will be informed about the results via a direct message on Facebook, and the prize can be used in the Organizer's office as part of the educational workshop for children, which the Organizer will conduct exclusively for the children of the winners of the prize competition. Winners will be informed by the Organizer about the date of the workshop and the location where it will be held via a direct message on Facebook.

With the expiration of the term of the GetFinUp educational workshop for children, which the Organizer will conduct exclusively for the children of the winners of the prize competition, all further obligations of the Organizer towards the winner of the prize end.

DISQUALIFICATION OF PARTICIPANTS

The Organizer reserves the right at any time to disqualify and delete the reported answer of a Participant who is reasonably suspected of violating the Contest Rules, and if it is a profile that is reasonably suspected of being fake or, in order to increase the chance of winning, repeated accessed the competition from different Facebook profiles or email addresses.

DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY

The Organizer in no way recommends, supports, promotes, or is responsible for the contents, their availability, or the conditions under which they are available on the websites of third parties that the Participants post in the comments of the announcement of the prize contest and within the framework of participation in the prize contest.

LIMITATIONS AND DISCLAIMER

The organizer is released from responsibility for damage if it proves that it could not fulfill its obligations, i.e. that it was late in fulfilling its obligations from these Rules due to external, extraordinary and unforeseeable circumstances that arose after the start of the prize competition that it could not prevent, remove or avoid, such as , for example, legislative changes, a state of war or natural disasters (so-called force majeure circumstances).

The competent court in Zagreb is responsible for resolving any disputes between the Organizer and any Participant or Prize Winner. The organizer of the prize contest reserves the right to stop the prize contest and to change the rules of this prize contest at any time, about which the participants will be informed via the Facebook page of Callidus.
